We are a small but elite club, with almost non-existent entry requirements. Currently we play a match each Saturday in the East of England Virtual Cricket League, but obviously we are hoping for bigger things. Some of us are virtually ready to play for England.

Here are the July batting averages, following our first five matches of the year.
Hmmm... I'm disappointed to see myself and Lisa firmly rooted to the bottom of the batting table. I knew it was a mistake to take her out for dinner rather than heading for the nets.
No, no, Jona. Your batting figures are right in the middle of the team. They're actually better than my real-life figures. We need you solid core players.
Phil: yes, you're quite right. You're dropped for Saturday, so that you can do some extra nets. Lisa is still playing, I think, so you can carry her bags for her.
